Another day with our any detours. I’m really proud of myself. It’s nice to lose a few, but more so I’m glad to be feeling better & accomplishing my goal. These 14 days are as much a mental challenge as physical. I actually forgot how easy it is for the food planning too. My flour, no sugar. That simple. It’s the will power that is the hurdle. But I feel good about it!
