Going strong

 Breakfast:

6 oz strawberries

4 oz cottage cheese

1 oz cream of wheat

Lunch:

4 oz leftover steak

6 oz leftover fajita veggies

1 banana

.5 oz nuts

Dinner:

4 oz souvlaki chicken

7 oz zucchini

7 oz cauliflower

2 oz taziki sauce
