Last Day!

 My last day of this 14 day challenge is tomorrow.  I'm so excited to have stuck with it.  I plan on continuing on because I really do feel a ton better. 

Breakfast:

4 oz cottage cheese

1 pear

1 oz bran cereal

Lunch:

4 oz tuna

.5 oz mayo

6 oz celery, cucumber, carrot

1 banana

Dinner:

4 oz crab & shrimp

8 oz cesar salad

2 oz cesar dressing

6 oz green bean
